    Please complete the following steps to get approved as a home cook and start making money! The first three steps are required prior to creating your kitchen on the app.

    Get the Food Handler Certificate (Required)

    The Food Handler training course helps ensure you can handle food safely and are prepared for the job. Once completed, upload your certificate below.

    Take Photos of Your Kitchen (Required)

    It’s important that your kitchen is clean and safe to maintain food sanitary standards. We require our cooks to take at least 3 photos of their kitchen.

    Step 3 and 4 are optional and can be fulfilled in the process when you already have a kitchen and have started selling.

    Pass Background Check (Optional)

    To ensure the safety of all users on the platform, we request a background check. Click the button below to run your background check.

    Get General Liability Insurance (Optional)

    Once you start selling food, we request our cooks to get liability insurance to ensure you are protected. You can get your own policy or we can send you a link from our partner insurance agency which can get you approved within 24-48 hours. Upload your General Liability Insurance proof below.

    We are here to set you up for success! YouFeed Academy will teach you how to run your own business, market your kitchen and excel in customer service! These courses are not required to get approved but highly recommended.
